From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, handled the work on schedule, and kept the property clean throughout the project. Our roof looks great and we have peace of mind knowing it was done the right way. I have used Tri-County Commercial for several jobs over the past few years on Commercial properties that I manage. I used them in Kendallville on a very large roof project downtown that had several buildings connected. There were different levels as well. I've used them in Angola for a medium sized flat roof at a local coffee shop & also for a roof repair on an existing roof that someone else installed in Columbia City. My husband contracted them after they won the bid to replace the roofs on three commercial buildings at the company he was working for in Elkhart. From start to finish, the process was seamless.
